Answer

Three of the eleven industrials in scope flagged tariffs in both places — a revised risk factor in the latest quarterly filing, and again, unprompted, in the analyst Q&A. Two more raised it only on the call, with no matching change to their filed risk factors.

  • Construction machineryAdded a tariff cost pass-through paragraph to Item 1A; the CFO repeated it unprompted in the Q&A.

  • Electrical equipmentQuantified input-cost exposure on the call, but the 8-K restated it without the figure.

  • Aerospace componentsNew supplier-concentration risk factor naming tariff rates as the driver.

  • Two othersRaised tariffs on the call only — filed risk factors unchanged from last quarter.

What research reaches

Market research, unified

Public and proprietary sources in one corpus — SEC filings, exchange feeds, wire services, Fed and Treasury data, and your firm's own files — so every answer carries the artifact it came from.

Earnings-call transcripts

Full transcripts of company earnings calls — prepared remarks and the analyst Q&A, kept speaker by speaker so an answer can cite the exact turn a statement came from instead of paraphrasing the call.

Live exchange market data

Aggregates, daily bars and corporate actions sourced from the exchanges’ consolidated feed, with splits and dividends applied so the series you compare against is the adjusted one.

SEC filings — 10-K, 13F and more

Read from EDGAR itself: annual and quarterly reports, 8-Ks, 13F-HR institutional holdings, Form 3/4/5 insider transactions, and XBRL company facts resolved by CIK rather than by name-matching.

Documents, spreadsheets and images upload up to 25 MB each. Recordings upload directly and are not subject to that cap — a full-length call goes up whole, to 5 GB per file. Text is extracted and chunked so an answer can cite the passage it used, not just the document.

Cloud imports — coming soon

Direct import from these services is not connected today — upload from your computer in the meantime.

Military-grade encryption

Your files are yours

AES-256 at rest

Every file you upload, and every artifact derived from it, is encrypted with AES-256 before it is written to disk — the same cipher standard approved for protecting classified US government information.

Private storage, no public path

Files live in a bucket with public access prevention enforced and no object-level ACLs. Nothing is served from a public URL; reads go out as short-lived signed links scoped to you.

Encrypted in transit, end to end

Your browser uploads over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our authenticated API — never straight to storage, and never through a third-party upload widget. Every internal hop is encrypted too.

Encryption keys are managed by our cloud provider. We do not offer customer-managed keys (CMEK) or bring-your-own-key for library files today — if your review requires them, talk to us before uploading. Full detail in the file privacy policy.

Research in every language

A Spanish podcast. A French earnings call. Analysed in English.

Recordings in 90+ languages join the same corpus as your filings, transcripts and market data. Ask one question and the answer can draw on a Portuguese interview and a 10-K together, citing the passage each came from — down to the second, in the recording.

Transcribed and translated

The engine detects what was spoken, then returns English text with timestamps.

Searchable beside everything else

Chunked and indexed like any uploaded document, so an answer can quote the moment it came from.

Machine translation, not a certified one — accuracy varies with the language spoken, recording quality, accents and domain jargon, so check anything you intend to rely on against the original recording, which we keep. Non-English audio produces the English transcript only. Transcription is metered on the recording's decoded duration.

Research that shows its work

Ask across SEC filings, earnings-call transcripts, exchange market data, published news, Fed and Treasury series — and your firm’s own private library. Every answer comes back with the artifacts it was built from, so you can check it before you act on it.

Fund Managers · Hedge Funds · RIAs

A fund manager tests a thesis against the filings and the call transcript in an afternoon, with a citation trail they can hand to their investment committee.

Risk controls on every strategy

Every strategy runs with automated guardrails — stop-losses, drawdown ceilings, and volatility exits into a high-yield cash account. When a limit is breached, it steps out of the market on its own, with a full audit trail. Guardrails help manage, but do not eliminate, the risk of loss.

RIAs · Wealth Managers

An RIA can show exactly how each client’s risk is managed — evidence that supports their fiduciary duty and stands up at the next compliance review.

A marketplace of strategies, across sectors

Browse and deploy strategies spanning equities, treasuries, macro, and themed sectors — or study how they’re built to sharpen your own. Expand what you can offer without building everything yourself.

Wealth Managers · Fund Managers

A wealth manager offers clients strategies they couldn’t build alone; a fund manager benchmarks a new idea in an afternoon instead of a quarter.

Manage clients and grow your book

Onboarding, branded statements, trade confirmations, tax reporting, a client CRM, and engagement tools — all in one place, so operations never slow you down.

RIAs · Hedge Funds

A growing RIA onboards a new client in under 48 hours and lets automated reporting handle quarter-end, freeing time to win the next mandate.

White-label, compliance handled

Run it all under your own brand. Have us stand up a brokerage end-to-end with KYC/AML. Compliance documents and regulatory reporting are generated for you.

Hedge Funds · Fund Managers · RIAs

A fund manager launches under their own name without building infrastructure; a solo RIA gets institutional-quality operations without an ops team.

Live, with a regulated custodian

When a strategy goes live it trades through our clearing partner, a SIPC member, with available cash swept into FDIC-insured deposit accounts at partner banks. SIPC and FDIC coverage protect against the failure of the broker or the bank — neither protects against investment losses.

RIAs · Wealth Managers · Fund Managers

An RIA can answer "who actually holds the assets?" in the first client meeting, and point at the named custodian and the published bank list rather than at a diagram.

Turn research into strategies that run while you sleep.

Describe it once. Amaltash builds the strategy and applies the guardrails — which help manage, but do not eliminate, the risk of loss.

While Buy & Hold investors rode a 73% crash in 2022, Amaltash’s strategy limited drawdown to 8.96% and delivered +154% total returns.

For illustrative purposes only. This is a hypothetical backtest of a single asset — not an actual account, not a recommendation, and not indicative of future results. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and investing involves risk of loss. Automatically moving to cash during volatility requires a High-Yield Cash (HYC) account, which must be enabled for certain strategies.

Compliance-First. Always.

You hold the fiduciary duty. We give you the tools to meet it — automated guardrails that help manage risk, plus the reporting and audit trail that make compliance effortless.

Automated Risk Guardrails

Loss limits, max-drawdown ceilings, and daily caps enforced per strategy. On a policy breach, positions exit to cash automatically — risk guardrails that help manage, but do not eliminate, the risk of loss, supporting your fiduciary duty without manual intervention.

Client-Ready Reports

Branded performance reports with strategy breakdowns, risk metrics, and trade history — ready to share with clients quarterly or on-demand.

Full Audit Trail

Every trade, every signal, every decision logged with timestamps. Immutable records for regulatory reviews and client inquiries.

Performance Analytics

Detailed attribution analysis, benchmark comparisons, drawdown reports, and risk-adjusted returns — the data your compliance team needs.

Regulatory Documentation

Strategy documentation, fee transparency reports, and trade logs formatted for SEC and state-level regulatory requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from advisors considering a partnership.

Yes — transparency is core to our model. Clients know Amaltash runs the infrastructure behind strategies, but your branding is front and center on all reports and communications. You remain their primary advisor relationship.

You do. As the advisor building and deploying strategies for your clients, you maintain fiduciary responsibility for investment decisions. Amaltash provides the technology platform — rules-based strategy building, backtesting, execution infrastructure, and reporting — but you're the one making the calls.

Absolutely. Each client can have different strategies based on their risk tolerance, investment goals, and asset preferences. You can also set per-client risk limits and allocation constraints from your dashboard.

Clients can withdraw at any time with no lock-ins. Your revenue share adjusts based on active AUM. There are no clawbacks on previously earned commissions.

No minimums. You can start with a single client referral. The revenue share tiers are based on total referred AUM, not client count.

Monthly payouts via ACH. You receive a detailed statement showing per-client AUM, platform fees collected, and your revenue share. Full transparency on every dollar.
